QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS:

• A positive and passionate personality
• Proven experience in a customer service industry
• Confident communicator
• Highly organized
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency with computers and experience with Windows-based software
• An ability to multi-task in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
• Great handle on time management
• Maine state inspection license
• At least three years of hands on experience as an automotive technician
• ASE certifications a plus
